Systems
Microneedling is an ever increasingly popular and safe skin renewal technique which restores the youthful, healthy appearance of your skin at a much lower cost compared to similar treatments and has almost no downtime.
It gives similar results to ablative techniques such as deep chemical peels, lasers and fraxel, and is therefore less invasive and does not require the removal of the skin’s surface. Because of this, healing time is also shorter and there is less chance of post treatment sensitivity to UV light.
Microneedling is unique as one of the very few skin treatments suitable for treating all skins, such as fragile skin around the eyes, mouth, on the neck and on ethnic skins.
GENO-LED is a LLLL (low level light therapy) device which resolves skin problems with no downtime. It is a light source irradiation device which painlessly and safely eliminates risks which are disadvantages of general coherent laser & IPL treatments such as heat damage and photo-ageing wounds.
It also facilitates regeneration and soothing and resolves skin concerns by irradiating lights with various wavelengths ranging from 423nm to 640nm. GENO-LED offers near-infrared SMD LED (Surface-Mounted-Device Light Emitting Diode) elements, therefore producing excellent results. As a light source, LED has a narrow wavelength bandwidth. A light source with a particular wavelength is released, thus, harmful UV light nor unnecessary IR are not released. It has important advantages such as minimum side effects and damage to the eyes due to low energy output.
If the LED light is at the correct wavelength the light will encourage the cells in the upper layer of the skin to convert this ‘light energy’ into ATP (adenosine triphosphate), this is what the cells use to do their job correctly. In the dermis layer of the skin, fibroblast cells produce collagen and elastin. Also, collagen is what gives the skin fullness and elastin is a highly elastic skin cell that gives the skin its ability to bounce back into shape.

RED LIGHT wavelength 640nm
The Red light wavelength supports skin cells which develop connective tissue in the inner layer of the skin. This process stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. As a result, your skin becomes firmer, and the wrinkles and facial lines decrease.
The Red LED light also works to reduce inflammation, so the redness, of inflammatory revitalises skin cells and accelerates blood circulation.
BLUE LIGHT wavelength 423nm
The Blue light wavelength attacks P-Acnes Bacteria producing singlet oxygen. This form of oxygen is very toxic to the P-Acnes bacteria that causes acne, decreasing acne drastically with minimal downtime.
Blue light has a sterilisation effect on the skin, and other advantages include reducing secretion by the sebaceous glands, preventing inflammation.
GREEN LIGHT wavelength 532nm
The Green LED light affects the melanocytes (the cells that produce the melanin, which is the pigmentation in the bottom two layers of the epidermis), reducing its production. As a result, over time, hyperpigmentation will fade, resulting in a rejuvenated complexion.
Green light also has a very calming effect on sensitive skin, and has a relaxing effect on the mind and body.
YELLOW LIGHT wavelength 583nm
The Yellow LED light helps hyperpigmentation by regulating melanin production. It effectively treats skin issues involving redness and rosacea and is an ideal therapy for sensitive skin.
